David Morin

David manages the development process for MNO Partners. David is responsible for building solid development teams that can smoothly take a project from conception to completion.

David most recently worked as a development manager with Parallel-Co where he was responsible for managing the construction of a $70 million high-rise in Austin, TX. Prior to working at Parallel-Co, he worked in development for Aspen Height Partners where he was involved in the development of over $200 million of multifamily and student housing projects. 

David graduated from Texas A&M Cum Laude with a B.S in Urban and Regional Sciences.

Frank Navarro

Frank leads deal selection and capital structuring at MNO Partners. He is responsible for structuring the capital stack and for building and maintaining relationships with our capital partners.

He previously worked as a project manager and financial analyst at Aspen Heights Partners and was previously involved in a variety of multifamily development projects at the Greylock Property Group. His experience includes development, asset management, capital markets, and acquisitions.

He graduated with an M.S. in  Finance from Boston College and a B.S. in Economics from Wake Forest  University. Frank also served as a Company Commander in the Texas Army National Guard and is a graduate of the US Army’s Ranger School.

Ryan Othman, CFA

Ryan heads project management, asset management, and fundraising.

His previous experience includes institutional private equity & venture capital investment in the US and MENA region, commercial real estate construction in the D.C. area, and debt underwriting in New York City.

Ryan earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, an M.S. in Finance from Boston College, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from George Washington University.
