  • Zoned for multifamily or dense zoning potential.

  • Water, Sewer, & Electricity available for connection

  • Walkable urban infill or suburban areas with proximity to entertainment or historical landmarks.

  • Vacant land with no or minimal existing assets, or buildings that can be repurposed.
